Many of today’s most common chronic illnesses and psychological disorders are closely linked to dysfunctional lifestyles: diet, sedentary habits, chronic stress, and lack of sleep. We’re talking about conditions like diabetes, hypertension, gastrointestinal issues, muscular and joint pain, as well as anxiety, insomnia, and mood disorders.

As an Integrative Health Coach, I combine certified expertise, a clear methodology, supportive tools, and an empathetic approach to help you define and achieve your personal vision of health. How it works

The Health Coaching journey takes place online, through individual video sessions of about 45 minutes. Sessions can be scheduled weekly or every two weeks, depending on your needs. Together we define the duration of the journey based on your situation and the goals you want to achieve. Support doesn’t end with the sessions: thanks to a dedicated app, we can stay in touch between meetings, sharing tools, reflections, and helpful resources. This is a journey that supports you even in daily life, where real change happens.

 

Here are the key steps:

  1. Free call: an initial meeting to get to know each other, answer your questions, explain how the journey works, and understand together if this is the right time to begin.

  2. Starting the journey: we define your personal vision of well-being, the values that inspire it, your priorities, goals, strengths, and the context you live in.

  3. Personal plan: we create a clear and tailored plan — actionable, sustainable steps that move you in your chosen direction, leveraging your inner strengths.

  4. Implementation: we move into action. You take your steps forward, supported by me throughout the journey, with listening, feedback, and tools to integrate change into your real life.
